Friday 21st April 2017- Blocking No Exit

We spent today, sorting out our staging for ‘No Exit’. We wanted it to be simple and minimalistic and thought that this positioning for the sofa’s would work well. We then discussed as a group how we wanted to block the piece and gave any suggestions that we had. Below is what we ended up with. We wanted it to be more focused on the words and what we are saying, so we didn’t want anything too complex. It is also clear in the play that the room that the three characters are stuck in, isn’t too elaborate and there isn’t much to do other than sit and talk, hence why it is hell.
